These terms govern the relationship between the Service Provider and the Client regarding all digital and physical fitness offerings.

Professional Services & Commitment The Service Provider agrees to deliver professional fitness instruction and coaching based on established industry standards and personal expertise. Clients are expected to engage with the training in a respectful manner and adhere to the guidance provided to ensure safety and optimal results.

Prepaid Packages & Financial Terms

  • Payment Requirement: All services, including multi-session blocks and online programs, must be paid for in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateways.

  • Service Redemption: Prepaid credits are applied to the client's account balance and may be redeemed for individual sessions based on the current live availability of the Service Provider.

  • Expiration Policy: To encourage consistency and maintain operational flow, all prepaid packages are subject to a strict 90-day expiration period from the date of the initial transaction. Any unused credits remaining after this period will be automatically forfeited and are non-refundable.

Cancellation and Modification Policy We maintain a professional scheduling environment that respects the time of both the instructor and other clients. Any modification to a scheduled session must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice or failure to attend a scheduled session will result in the session being charged in full or deducted from the active package balance.

Health Disclaimer and Liability Waiver Physical exercise, in all its forms, involves a risk of injury. By participating, the Client acknowledges that they are in good physical health and have consulted with a medical professional if necessary. The Service Provider is not responsible for any injuries or health complications resulting from participation in the programs, particularly if the Client has failed to disclose pre-existing conditions or physical limitations.
